We'll scope channels to your business and customers.
Most businesses don't need every channel — they need the right ones. Wellness studios usually run on SMS + email. Trades often add WhatsApp. Restaurants and retail lean on Messenger. As part of your build, we'll look at where your customers actually live and configure only the channels that earn their keep.
Channel setup (one-time)
One-time fees that cover configuration, testing, compliance setup, and handover.
SMS sending plans (monthly)
SMS is the volume channel — most automation messages flow through it. Carriers charge per-message and we package those into flat plans below.
Email is included in every tier — up to 10,000 sends per month, which covers virtually any small business. If your sending grows beyond that, we'll discuss an upgrade. We will never bill you for surprise overages, on any channel.
What about Messenger, WhatsApp, voice, and AI chatbot?
Messenger and WhatsApp include unlimited business messages within Meta's policies (free for replies within 24 hours of a customer message; small fees may apply for outbound campaigns — quoted per project).
AI chatbot has its own bundled plan: $125/mo includes ~500 conversations. See Add-ons below.
Voice / AI voice is metered per minute. Setup includes 200 minutes/mo; additional minutes quoted per project.
